Weld County Assessor

The Weld County Assessor is an elected officer of the county. He serves a four year term and is elected in the county general election year by the voters. The constitutional duty is to evaluate all property in the county for property tax purposes.

Best time to Visit the Assessor

The Assessor's Office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The earlier you come in, the better. The last week of the appeal period has historically been the busiest time.
