WELD COUNTY CODE
(Effective: January 1, 2001)
The Weld County Code is a codification of all regulatory Ordinances in Weld County and may be viewed it its entirety by clicking on the link under Helpful Information.
Ordinances are considered by the Board of Commissioners at three separate meetings, or readings, prior to adoption and inclusion in the Code. The three-reading schedule is provided on the signature page of each document, as well as on the Commissioners Agenda.
Recently approved amendments which are currently in effect are listed below. These amendments were included in the text of the Code with Supplement #18, which was printed July, 2010.
Amendments to the Code which are currently being considered are listed below. They are not currently included in the text of the Code, but will be incorporated into the web version by December 2011.
