Vaccinations for adults are given by appointment on:
Wednesday 8 am – 12 pm
Friday 1 pm – 5 pm

Travel Immunizations:
The Weld County International Travel Clinic provides you with the latest available information and vaccinations for your travel itinerary. Plan to visit the Travel Clinic six to eight weeks before your departure.
We cannot provide travel information over the telephone. Please visit the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Traveler's Health website for information related to a specific country.
The Travel Clinic is supported solely by payment for services. Prepayment is required for some vaccines and payment is expected on the day of service.
