Do you know the GDL laws?

DRIVE SMART Weld County volunteers want to help families lower teen crash statistics.  Parents and teens are invited to attend a
FREE Parent of Teen Drivers class.  You and your teen will learn more about the Graduated Drivers License laws and learn some valuable safety tips about logging practice hours and setting boundaries to keep your driver safe.

About:

DRIVE SMART Weld County is a non-profit community coalition made up of members of law enforcement, business, insurance, media, concerned citizens, schools, fire departments, and health professionals working to reduce injuries and death from traffic crashes.

Services And Activities:

Some of the activities of DRIVE SMART Weld County are:

  • Teen Driver Safety Program for high schools.
  • Graduated Driver’s License Laws education for teens and parents.
  • Educational displays about traffic safety including  wrecked vehicles and a wrecked motorcycle on trailers that are used as displays.
