Job Matching
The heart of our labor exchange is the job-matching system. This system maintains a file of registered applicants, which includes information on skills, work history, and the educational status of each applicant. When you list a job opening, staff will search our database locally and statewide, depending on your need. In addition to the job match, your position is posted on our Job Board for walk-in clients, listed on our Job Line, and posted to the national employment network through Connecting Colorado at www.connectingcolorado.com.
