Purpose
This program provides financial help to people so they can pay someone to help them with daily activities they cannot do themselves because they are disabled.
Examples of these types of services would be:
- housekeeping
- laundry
- meal preparation
- grocery shopping
Eligibility
Applicants must be eligible for State Aid to the Needy Disabled, the Colorado Supplement, or Old Age Pension. All applicants will meet with a case manager who will evaluate the level of needed help.
Income guidelines vary depending on age and severity of disability.
