After the first oral interviews are completed, the scores of the written examination and first oral interview are combined and the candidates are then placed into a ranking.
Second interviews are granted based on the candidates ranking after both scores are combined and the number of positions that Weld County Paramedic Services is hiring for that particular position.
If a candidate moves onto a second interview, they will be contacted by the Operations Manager Mitch Wagy to set up a time to come in and meet with him. If Mitch Wagy gives his approval after the second interview, the candidate will move on in the process.
