The Division of Engineering is comprised of three groups:
- Surveying & Right of Way
- Development Review
- Capital Improvement (CIP)
The groups are responsible for the planning, coordinating, designing, and construction of Public Works projects.
SURVEYING & RIGHT OF WAY (ROW)
Duties include: Land and Boundary Surveying for In-House Projects, Construction Staking, Section Corner Monuments, Property Negotiations and Land Purchase, and ROW Research. Contact Leon Sievers for more information.

CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT (CIP)
