On this page the Treasurer posts any excess funds that exceed $500.00 dollars held by the office and received from the Public Trustee of Weld County. These funds are excess funds from a public trustee foreclosure sale.

If you believe that these funds are owed to you, please contact our office immediately. If the rightful owner has not claimed these funds, five years after the date of sale, the funds will be transferred by the Treasurer to the State of Colorado as unclaimed funds.
