What's New
- The Departments of Planning and Building have moved to 1555 N 17th Ave (off of “O” Street) on the 2nd floor.
- Weld County and the City of Greeley have jointly developed a North Greeley Rail Corridor Sub-Area Plan for the area between Greeley and Highway 392. Envisioned as a tool to encourage economic development, the Sub-Area Plan will look at ways to maintain the viability of the existing Great Western Railroad rail line that runs from east Greeley to east Windsor, a valuable piece of infrastructure that is unique to Northern Colorado.
